How do I choose the right size?

Our items have Italian sizes on the tags, but conversions and fitting indications are available on all product pages. If you need more help, our Customer Care can answer any questions on sizing and fit - simply click on the "Contact us" link you can find on all product pages.

I'm new to your website, how do I shop?

marinarinaldi.com is available from all desktop and mobile devices. Shopping at maxandco.com is easy: you can browse our catalogues by colour, size, material and style. For the items you wish to purchase, just choose colour and size and add them to the Shopping Bag. You can review and edit your choices at any time before checking out. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PostePay debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal. You will receive an invoice for all your purchases.

Can I save my favourite products?

To save your favourite products you must be a registered user.

1. browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in

2. on the product details page select your preferred size and colour

 

3. click on "Add to Favourites"

How can I check the delivery status?

In the order confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the UPS website. If you are a registered user, you can also follow the order directly in the "My Orders" section.

Can I change my order before it is dispatched?

You can edit the order before the warehouse has processed it. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact our Customer Services Department immediately so that they can verify the status of your request. In any case, you can request the return of the item within 14 days of delivery of the order for any reason. You can find more information in "Returns and Refunds" and in "Terms and Conditions".

Where can I find a size guide?

On the product details page, under "Sizes and fitting", you can consult the "Size Guide". For more information please contact Customer Services.

How do I contact your Customer Services Department?

You can find the "Contact us" button at the bottom of every web page. By clicking on it, you will be provided with a (free) phone number and a form to send an email. Any costs relating to other forms of contact are non-refundable.
